Moo Joos Oatmeal Milk Stout
Moo Joos blends the body and sweetness of a milk stout with the satin mouthfeel of a classic oatmeal stout. Together, they contribute subtle complexities that build a unique, but extremely drinkable dark ale. Toasted and flaked oats are milled with a variety of roasted malts to give Moo Joos its signature color and head. Additionally, several pounds of locally-sourced milk sugar are added to Moo Joos. This creates a residual creamy-sweet, chocolate punch. A traditional old-world British ale yeast leaves you with plenty of dark fruit flavors, but allows the dark chocolate and coffee notes to prevail.
